Terms & Conditions

GradClub London

  1. Members can use their previous College Careers Service. Evening group seminars take place only at Stewart House. £35 hour sessions are only available at their previous College Careers Service.
  2. Membership is only available to students finishing courses from Colleges subscribing to The Careers Group, University of London: Birkbeck College (excluding Certificate and Diploma students from the Faculty of Continuing Education); University of London Institute in Paris; Courtauld Institute of Art; Goldsmiths College; Institute of Cancer Research; Institute of Education; King’s College London; London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine; Marine Biological Station, Millport; Queen Mary, University of London; Royal Holloway, University of London; Royal Veterinary College; St Mary’s College; George’s Hospital Medical School; School of Advanced Study; School of Oriental and African Studies; School of Pharmacy; University College London.
  3. Access to services is subject to presentation of your GradClub membership card. If your membership card is lost, a replacement must be printed from this site.
  4. Members of GradClub will be required to demonstrate receipt of Job Seekers Allowance to receive concessionary rates.
  5. All services are subject to availability and local conditions. All prices are subject to variation.
  6. GradClub membership does not confer priority over current students.
  7. Members’ details will be entered on a database, and this will be used to send The Careers Group's events and opportunities. Your details will not be passed on to any third parties.
  8. If you display inappropriate behaviour towards any member of staff, The Careers Group reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time. Please refer to our Inappropriate Behaviour policy for more information.
  9. Right of cancellation: Registrants have the right to cancel this contract within 8 working days of payment being received by The Careers Group. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing within this time and then a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
  10. ‘Finalist’ where used refers to year of completion of studies. If you are unsure as to whether this ruling applies to you, please contact your College Careers Service for clarification.
  11. Membership of GradClub is valid until 31st July (undergraduate) or 30th September (postgraduate) two years following the completion of your course.
  12. If you are accepted onto a postgraduate course after joining GradClub, your membership may be extended on request. The length of your course and the length of membership will be taken into consideration.
  13. For Undergraduates; £25 applications MUST be received by 31 July of the final year of your course. For Postgraduates £25 applications MUST be received by 30 September of the final year of your course. £55 applications can be made up to the 31st July two years after you have completed your course. If your application is made after the deadline, we have the right to refuse membership or ask you to pay the higher rate.
  14. In the event of a dispute over eligibility, the decision of the GradClub Administrator is final.
